The Community Commitment of Victor Cozzone is Unquestioned

December 27, 2018
There is no question that his career is certainly important to Victor Cozzone. That likely has a lot to do with who he is and the attitude he displays. The fact is, Victor feels it is just as important that he be able to demonstrate his appreciation for everything he has ever received in life. That is why he has always seemed determined to give back to his community in every way possible. For example, he has volunteered as a baseball coach for teams in the Lionville Youth Baseball Association for many years, and he serves as a board member for the Mission to Educate Children with Autism at Downington High School, a worthy cause he has been deeply involved with for more than a decade.

One reason he founded his own cement contracting company, All About Concrete, in Chester County, Pennsylvania in 2000, was partly because he also wanted to contribute to the local economy and help build up the county. During the ten years he ran All About Concrete, he employed as many as 28 people from the community. Together, they completed many residential and commercial projects.

Victor Cozzone Believes Attitude is Important

For Victor Cozzone, who currently works as a sales specialist with the professional division of the Lowe’s store in Chester County, Pennsylvania, attitude is enormously important, almost as important as his formal education. He earned a degree in Finance from Winthrop University at one point, but he believes the education borne out of his experience is also very important. His education from the school of hard knocks made it clear to Victor Cozzone that he has ultimate control over his attitude and that will go a long way to determining his success.

In a very real way, Victor Cozzone has simply returned to his roots. For a decade, beginning in January 2000, he owned a business called All About Concrete, in Chester County. That company employed 28 people, including 6 staff and 22 workers in the field. He and the company contributed a lot to the economy, doing residential and commercial work. Besides being ACI certified, Victor’s company actually won a national award for their work in decorative concrete.
